At Cantier Systems, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can perform recording and posting of all accounting transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing billing and collection reports, as well as conducting reviews of general and subsidiary Ledgers.

The successful candidate will have a Graduate degree in Accountancy or Finance, with strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.

Apart from technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording and posting of all accounting transactions
  • Preparing billing and collection reports
  • Reviewing general and subsidiary Ledgers
  • Monitoring and reconciling purchasing transactions
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with Accounting Systems or QuickBooks (preferred)
