Job Description:

As a Compliance Specialist in the Oil Industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) compliance framework is effectively implemented across the Asia-Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing policies and controls related to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), and counterparty due diligence.

You will also be responsible for conducting high-risk due diligence reviews and overseeing risk identification and mitigation efforts. A strong analytical and communication skillset is essential for this role, as you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive our compliance initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ABC Compliance Framework across the APAC region
  • Manage policies and controls related to anti-bribery, AML, and counterparty due diligence
  • Conduct high-risk due diligence reviews and oversee risk identification and mitigation efforts
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in compliance matters with a deep understanding of ABC issues across the APAC region
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
