We are seeking a skilled Senior Development Partner, Financing Policy to join our team at Enterprise Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new tools to bridge market gaps and facilitate Singapore enterprises to access financing and accelerate their growth globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stay up-to-date with the enterprise financing landscape in Singapore to identify potential market gaps.
2. Review and enhance current tools supporting enterprise debt financing administered by Enterprise Singapore, and develop and operationalize new ones to address emerging market gaps.
3. Design and review relevant policy guidelines for debt financing schemes, including pricing, legal framework, and operational guides.
4. Engage with global Export Credit Agencies and stay updated on their products, initiatives, and interests to benchmark and improve Singapore's financing tools.
Requirements:
1. University degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
2. At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, such as banks, multilateral development banks, export credit agencies, and other financial institutions. Experiences in product development and insurance underwriting would be a plus.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experiences with data tools, such as Tableau, would be an asset.
