About the RoleThe Nursing Assistant will work under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors to provide basic nursing duties such as wound dressing, documenting residents' observations and vital signs, and reporting any changes to the registered nurse.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NITEC in Community Care & Social Services or NITEC in Nursing
- Certificate in Healthcare Support - Patient Care from HMI Institute of Health Sciences
- WSQ Certificate in Therapy Services, along with relevant experience in nursing care roles such as Patient Care Assistant, Therapy Assistant, or Porter
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Work LocationThe Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, and the work location will be either Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street, or Buangkok Green.
We have four facilities across these locations: Acacia Home, Bukit Batok Home for the Aged, Tembusu Home at Pelangi Village, and Thuja Home at Pelangi Village. Each facility has its own unique character and offers a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents.
