Job Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the development of holistic spaces for residential and commercial applications. As a member of our team, you will be involved in project coordination, site planning, and purchasing. You will also be responsible for communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project coordination and site planning, handling of schedules and timelines
2. Purchasing with suppliers, and delivery coordination with quality assurance
3. Communication with team and stakeholders using 3D and 2D CAD visualization and drawings
4. Client coverage and developing close relationships with all stakeholders throughout the duration of the project

Requirements:
- Participation in strategic planning, including goal setting and objectives
- Active learning in project management software, forecasting effective stakeholder management
- Familiarization with 2D and 3D visualization software
- Coordination of various subs, elements, sourcing, and fabrication within the project
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
