Network Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.

The successful individual will ensure alignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and external vendors, focusing on delivering successful project outcomes.

A strong understanding of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Load Balancers, firewalls) is essential for effective discussions with technical leads.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, as well as proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks by internal teams and meet milestones with external vendors.
Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Track and manage internal teams' deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks, delays, or dependencies proactively to ensure project success.
Project Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Apply best practices in project governance and reporting, maintaining transparency at all levels.
  • Enforce quality checkpoints for deliverables from Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
