Job Title: Application Systems Developer

Are you an engineering expert looking for a challenging role in the development of innovative composite solutions? Do you have experience with building management systems, tooling, and design improvements?

Job Description

As an Application Systems Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our business development team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing detailed analysis of building management systems, tooling, and design improvements to customers.
  • Collaborating with engineering, sales, and operations teams to understand fabrication techniques and materials.
  • Creating and delivering presentations on customer proposals, including 3D representations.
  • Preparing cost estimates from blueprints and customer documents.
  • Designing composite components and assemblies, generating CAD models, and formulating bills of materials.

You will work collaboratively within a team of design, engineering, and operations staff to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming, Pcvue, or ICONICS software.
  • Experience with transportation composites or similar materials is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
