About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PeopleSearch Pte. Ltd. as part of our iconic mixed development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards.
  • Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry with a focus on M&E projects.
  • Knowledgeable in M&E systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, etc.
