Cashier and Donations Team Member

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Cashier and Donations Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere for donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Your duties will include greeting donors with a smile, collecting cash and digital donations, and processing these contributions accurately and efficiently using our designated donation tracking system or software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming donors with warmth and gratitude
  • Collecting cash and PayNow donations from donors
  • Processing donations accurately and efficiently
  • Providing donors with receipts for their contributions
  • Reconciling cash and donation records at the end of each shift or day

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary education or above
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in cashiering, customer service, or fundraising is preferred

Work Arrangements:
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be expected to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.

Location:
