Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance and food safety functions. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards.

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of food safety programs, drive continuous improvement in product quality, and manage internal and external audits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Oversseeing quality control procedures, including raw material inspections, in-process checks, and finished product testing.
  • Leading and managing the quality assurance team, including training, performance evaluation, and development.
  • Investigating customer complaints, non-conformities, and deviations; implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinating and leading external audits (e.g. SFA, third-party certifications, customer audits) and ensuring audit readiness at all times.
