Business Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst specialising in strategic change initiatives to work closely with cross-functional product teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing effective transformation strategies to ensure the smooth transition of legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead efforts to create a Change Strategy/Change Plan and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Design and execute various transformation initiatives, plan and design communications interventions, enable training upskilling of people impacted by change.
- Leverage insights from data and analytics to design and adjust transformation strategies.
- Maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependence with Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to drive close cross-team collaboration.
- Develop an astute understanding of our business/users' level of understanding on product management and operating model, and facilitate business and people readiness for a smooth product management and operating model adoption.
- Have knowledge and/or experience of Talent & Organisation capabilities including large-scale transformation and capabilities, operating model and organisation design, talent strategy and development, leadership, culture, and behavioural change.
- Prepare and facilitate roadshow engagements with various stakeholders as part of transformation plans.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Transformation Management work.
- Relevant Industry Certification (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous.
- Experience in related areas such as Transformation Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organisation Effectiveness.
- Worked on projects in the public services industry for large-scale transformation projects.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance, risk, or challenges and support actionable plans.
- Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernisation of core business legacy systems.
- Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology-driven environment, but also able to work independently.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem-solving and design thinking skills.
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
- Strong capabilities in designing and implementing capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Cloud adoption strategies or SaaS adoption methodologies will be advantageous.
- Strong executive-level relationship building skills.
