About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Services Specialist - High Net Worth Case Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high net worth cases from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring a smooth and timely service experience for our clients and financial representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including financial representatives, business development managers, and underwriting teams, to ensure that cases are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end case management of high net worth cases from pre-sale to post-sale
  • Liaise with financial representatives, business development managers, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders to ensure case progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely information to clients and financial representatives
  • Manage and track incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on case status, submissions, withdrawals, feedback, and adherence to service level agreements
  • Prepare monthly pipeline cases for reporting purposes and focus lists for new business and underwriting teams
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution/university
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with approximately 3 years in the insurance industry
  • Highly service-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Flexible and capable of adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Understanding of financial services and the requirements of sales professionals is advantageous
