Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to design and implement a scalable Azure cloud environment.
- Configure and manage compute, storage, networking, and database services in the cloud.
- Monitor data security and cloud application performance stability through regular health checks and performance log monitoring.
- Lead the transition to an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development environment using scripting languages and tools.
- Assist the Data and Application Development teams in deploying, operating, and maintaining cloud-based business systems and middleware.
- Monitor resource usage, perform capacity planning, and optimize resources to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Work with the software development team to design and implement DevOps strategies and best practices in the cloud.
- Collaborate with the Security and Compliance department to ensure the cloud environment meets security and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/networks configuration or software development, preferably in Java.
- 2+ years of experience in Azure environment configuration and management.
- Expertise in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with development in Java, particularly with common Java CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure at a global scale.
