Job Opportunity

Salary: SGD 10,500 - SGD 12,000 per month

Job Description
  • Vet all technical documentation as required under terms and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with Consultants and Subcontractors to resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to site offices.
  • Ensure proper distribution of approved drawings and obtain necessary approvals before site installation dates.
  • Attend Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, and support Tender submittals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or higher.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management in Building Projects in Singapore.
  • Candidates with tender management experience will have an added advantage.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in reviewing structural, architectural, and M&E technical drawings.
  • Detailed-oriented candidate with strong writing, presentation skills, planning, and documentation abilities.
  • Good networking within the construction industry.
