Job Title: Experienced Financial Services Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial services manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on investment products. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their business and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
  • Provide expert advice on investment products, including unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our services remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in financial services, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CMFAS.
