Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and organized HR Associate to support our recruitment process, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to promote a welcoming workplace environment.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to organize training and development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum Diploma and above in a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws, Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
