Job Title: Cyber Security Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Insight and Planning: Gain in-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations, security standards, and certification requirements to develop strategic insights and reports. Develop and drive the implementation of a corporate cyber security framework and plan.
  • Process Development and Optimization: Design and build the company's cyber security management system, develop corporate cyber security business regulations and processes, and supervise the implementation of these processes.
  • Security Compliance and Risk Control: Identify and assess risks based on risk management methodologies, develop a corporate cyber security risk map, and promote the implementation of compliance and risk control solutions. Establish a crisis prevention mechanism and handle crises effectively.
  • Communication and Trust Building: Identify external stakeholders and work with business departments to establish routine communication with local cyber security and privacy protection regulators, industry standards organizations, and other relevant parties. Build trust mechanisms for cyber security and privacy protection.
  • Organization and Capability Development: Build the company's security organization and talent team, improve capabilities, manage regional rep offices/countries and team members, provide business guidance and enablement, and build a professional cyber security team. Improve cyber security awareness among all employees.
Requirements
  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, telecommunication, computer science, statistics, or other related majors.
  • Cyber Security Expertise: Expert knowledge and experience of Cyber Security laws & regulations within the APAC region.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Strong communication and influencing techniques with the ability to initiate transformation, collaboration, and influence stakeholders within the business.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience within the cyber security and risk management field of work.
  • Certifications: Possess professional security management certifications or similar cyber-security related certification.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding in areas of Platform Security, Data Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Physical Security, Security Assessment Tools, Security Monitoring Tools.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in building and managing a Cybersecurity risk function and developing corporate cyber security business regulations and processes.
