Job Title: Experienced Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing leadership and ensure quality care for residents through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Guide and supervise junior nurses through orientation and training programs, promoting their growth and development.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, perform first aid, and arrange ambulance transfers as needed.
  • Assess residents' health and nutritional status during regular rounds, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Perform examinations, procedures, and specimen collection with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop, review, and update care plans regularly, ensuring they reflect current resident needs and goals.
  • Administer and monitor medications, reporting side effects when necessary, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with ENHS standards.
  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Care Manager, maintaining continuity and ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Support incident reporting and escalation protocols, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in nursing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
