Senior Physiotherapist Role Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our client's team in a Nursing Home setting in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing patients' physical conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to aid recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans to support their rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation: Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to facilitate patient recovery and improve overall function.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health benefits.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Progress Monitoring and Record Keeping: Continuously monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records of assessments and treatment plans for seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Requirements:
  • 5 full days per week (8.15am - 5.45pm), 8 hours per visit.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Must be a Fully Registered AHPC (Singapore) member.
