Job Description

As a strategic growth partner, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries. You will pitch Mummys Market's offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities. Your goal is to create and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new exhibitors and partners.
  • Pitching Mummys Market's offerings.
  • Creating and executing strategic sales plans.

In addition to sales and strategy, you will also act as a business advisor to clients, helping them optimize their exhibition ROI. You will provide insights on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies. Your role will involve building strong, trust-based relationships that position Mummys Market as the go-to platform for growth.

Collaboration and delivery are also key aspects of this role. You will liaise with marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver seamless and impactful exhibitor experiences. Post-event evaluations and client feedback will help improve service and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. They should have 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
