\Responsibilities:
Explore insights from massive healthcare datasets to power seamless care delivery.\Utilize historical cluster and national-level data to support Integrated General Hospital planning and forecasting.\Facilitate regulatory reporting through report automation.\Leverage Generative AI to analyze complex healthcare data.\Use data to inform decision-making around service expansion, patient retention, and other business goals.\Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning or other data science models to predict and influence behavior.\Work independently or in a team to solve complex problem statements.\Interface with business and operation teams to formulate solutions and influence changes informed by your findings.
Qualifications:
60s Degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Physics, or other quantitative disciplines.\Proficiency with data science and analytics tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau is essential.\Strong coding skills will be a significant advantage.\Applicants with 2 years of practical experience in data-related work are preferred; fresh graduates with required aptitude are encouraged to apply.\A strong background in advanced statistical methods and concepts is mandatory.\Prior knowledge of cloud computing will be an added advantage.\Ability to work with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, collaborative, accommodative, and supportive to contribute to shared vision and common goal.\Prior experience in health services is an added advantage but not a must.
