Urgent Care Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate nurses to join our urgent care team. As a nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver exceptional patient care through effective care management, triage, and appropriate interventions to improve patient outcomes and ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives and action plans to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Minimum degree or diploma in nursing is required.
- Advanced diploma or post-basic qualification in emergency nursing or equivalent is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a tertiary hospital setting is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work rotating shifts.
