Job Title: Air Export Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Air Export Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for executing daily tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of MAWB/HAWB: The incumbent will be responsible for processing air freight export shipments, including the creation and submission of relevant documents.
  • Monitoring and following up of export shipment: Regularly checking the status of export shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration: Preparing accurate and complete documentation for customers and overseas agents.
  • Familiar with CCN: Understanding and utilizing Commercial Customs Networking (CCN) for efficient clearance processes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior: Carrying out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team operations.
Requirements:
  • With relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment: Possessing experience in handling air cargo goods shipments.
  • Able to perform OT hours (if requires): Willingness to work overtime if required.
  • Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments: Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
