Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in leading large-scale, enterprise-level end-to-end system integration projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management and leadership experience and be well-versed in the latest technological advancements.

  • Lead full-stack development projects using no-code or low-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, or Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Oversee the integration of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end development technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, Python, Ruby on Rails).
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools like Git and GitHub.
  • Guide business analysts in UI/UX design, user persona development, customer journey mapping, prototyping, and wireframing using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
  • Lead teams in developing scalable microservices architectures and robust APIs using technologies like Spring Boot, Node.js, and RESTful services.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient database architectures using SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.
  • Manage ETL processes, data cleansing, data transformation, and data migration using tools like Talend, Informatica, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Implement AI/ML and generative AI technologies using platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and Google Cloud AI.
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A suitable candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technology equivalent.
  • Able to work in Singapore.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience from consultancy/technology product vendor/SI environments.
  • PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification, ITIL Foundation Certification is required.
  • Experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS application consultancy with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate between technical, business teams, and executive 'C' level clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
