Job Title: Senior Data Solutions Specialist

Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced data solutions specialist to lead the development of scalable and efficient data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing complex data workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines using Informatica BDM (DEI) on data warehouses and big data platforms.
  • Working closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to implement and support data platforms using best-of-breed technology and methodology.
  • Analyzing systems operations data to identify actionable trends for continual improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years' experience working as a data engineer in big data field.
  • Solid working knowledge of implementing data workflows using Informatica BDM (DEI) on data warehouses and big data platforms.
  • Familiarity with application integration with RDBMS such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience of using Linux (or Unix-like OS) as development environment and familiarity with shell scripts and command line tools in Linux/Unix environment.
