Software Development Role

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to fill our Software Engineer position.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with project teams and customers to determine project requirements, develop software, and perform system testing.

This role requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality software solutions and working effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software that meets project requirements by gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, training, and documenting.
  • Aquire in-depth knowledge of user domains to better understand user operations.
  • Ensure that developed software aligns with project requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of software development best practices in areas of automated tools, languages, APIs, etc.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Angular, NodeJS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL is preferred.
  • Understanding of software requirements, software development process, software debugging, software testing.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (MS Windows and Red Hat preferred).
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
