Retail Stock Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Inventory Manager to oversee the management of all stock, staff, and planning of promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and inventory management.
- Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the store area.
- Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note, and agreed quantity has been received.
- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Post all invoices using the Material Management System.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
- Well-experienced in retail management or sales.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
- Positive, friendly, and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
