About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at PSI. As a Senior CRA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and report on-site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
  • Perform CRF reviews, source document verification, and query resolution to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites and investigators to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise study activities, timelines, and schedules for each site to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support quality control activities, including compliance monitoring and report review.
  • Participate in feasibility research to identify potential sites and investigators.
  • Support the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions and regulatory approval.

Requirements

  • College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
