A dynamic company in the aviation industry seeks a highly skilled Sales and Administration professional to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, customer interactions, and sales-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and administration software such as MYOB.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including email management, document filing, and data entry.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and submit tenders.
- Prepare and generate invoices, delivery orders, and sales orders using MYOB.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, shipping, and record-keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of SGD $40,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum.
