Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Administrative Executive to join our team at SHAW SERVICES (PTE) LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including theatre operations, payroll submission, and marketing promotions.


About the Role

This role involves assisting with theatre operations matters, executing marketing promotions, coordinating corporate events, and performing other duties as assigned. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has strong interpersonal skills, a positive work attitude, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle theatre administrative works, including daily reports, movie voucher inventory, theatre payroll submission, and promotion tracking
  • Assist theatre operation matters and execute marketing promotions
  • Coordinate on the logistic requirement and execution of corporate events and bookings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Diploma or its equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • A good team player with a positive work attitude

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary of SGD 30,000, plus additional benefits and allowances.
