We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to join our team at KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead site coordination with all trades to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and method statements (MOS) as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the contract and drawings.
  • Plan and schedule M&E works with other disciplines to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
  • Implement and monitor quality control (QC) plans to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct inspections and monitoring of architectural-related materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Verify variations of work (VO) and prepare back charges as necessary.
  • Attend sub-contractor meetings and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Update M&E progress using scheduling tools to ensure project visibility.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant qualification or certificate in Mechanical & Electrical discipline.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant local experience.
  • Able to lead sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.
  • Preferably completed QM project.
  • Independent, diligent, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
  • Good knowledge of M&E specs and BCA quality requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
