Your leadership and expertise in digital project management will be essential to driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration within the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-management.
  • Facilitate scrum activities (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and guide product owners in backlog management.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement governance frameworks and project best practices for transparency and consistency.
  • Oversee project feasibility, constraints, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline.
  • Assist in developing key project documents such as RFPs, SOWs, timelines, and training materials.
  • Cultivate an environment of transparency, accountability, and trust within the team.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management.

A strong background in Agile methodologies, proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean is required.

Certifications in Project/Agile/Scrum (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe) are desired.

Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA is a must.
