Job Description
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing nursing services that support primary care needs. Your expertise in leading nursing teams and driving quality improvements will be invaluable to our organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating audit, compliance, and legal documentation, including analyzing patient and staff data. Additionally, you will provide oversight in the growth and development of the nursing team, fostering a competent, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Registered Nurse qualification from the Singapore Nursing Board and a Bachelor Degree in Nursing. A relevant Master degree is considered an advantage. With minimum 10 years of working experience in nursing, preferably with leadership experience, you should demonstrate passion for nursing, primary healthcare, and people development.
