We are Aspire Global Network PTE. LTD., a leading global fintech events company, and we are now looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help drive growth in Singapore.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Research on customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency within the fintech industry.
  • Qualify inbound marketing qualified leads (campaigns, inbound mails) through desk research and provide the New Business sales team with a summary of prospects.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Work closely with the new business sales team and account managers.
  • Proactively seek new prospects and opportunities for the new business sales team to exceed sales targets.

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the technology or fintech industry.
  • Positive attitude and self-driven personality.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum.
