Job Overview
Linkforce PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project/Tender Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from tender to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.

About the Role
This position requires a high degree of autonomy, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, and service
- Analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical perspective to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with relevant standards and requirements
- Prepare project cost estimates in terms of required materials as per requirements, including all systems, products, and services to client specifications/requirements for management review and approval
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders
- Manage pre- and post-tender documentations and clarifications
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Course
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in the Construction sector
- Experience in Solar Engineering and Fire Protection Systems is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD at a minimum
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
