Job Description:

  • As a Data Analyst Innovator, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

We are seeking an accomplished Data Analyst with a passion for innovation and creativity to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Designing and developing advanced data models and architectures to meet business needs
  • Developing and maintaining complex reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and patterns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or PySpark
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
