At STATE STREET FUND SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED, we are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Professional to assume a senior leadership role within our Hedge Funds Services Business Unit.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.
- We are looking for someone who can provide overall direction to a team of staff, ensuring synchronized teamwork to accomplish yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals and objectives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing overall business plans both internally and in partnership with clients.
- A key aspect of this role is managing relationships with clients at appropriate levels to ensure continued confidence in State Street.

Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide overall direction to a team of staff, ensuring synchronized teamwork to accomplish yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals and objectives.
- Business Planning and Execution: Develop and execute overall business plans both internally and in partnership with clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients at appropriate levels to ensure continued confidence in State Street.
- Process and Procedure Development: Ensure process and procedures are adequate to meet quality standards and are consistently applied and regularly reviewed within the department.
- Training and Development: Direct and train subordinate managers and staff, addressing employee concerns and sensitivities.
- Review and Approval: Review and approve NAV files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration: Support broad overall company initiatives and goals, effectively communicating them to staff within span of control.
- A university degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics, with a concentration in accounting being a plus.
- At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2 to 3 years of supervisory and financial reporting experience.
- Experience in the Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds industry is required.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
