About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to advise on optimal Epic design, deployment, and enhancement strategies.
  • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to ensure seamless performance.
  • Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for Epic system enhancements and optimization through assessments of current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback.
  • Evaluate Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements.
  • Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify areas for performance improvement, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment.
  • Manage specific workstreams within client engagements and build strong relationships with stakeholders at the project level.
  • Stay up-to-date with Epic advancements and relevant healthcare trends, contributing to our knowledge base.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least one Epic certification (preferably within Ambulatory/Clarity/Clindoc).
  • Prior experience within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
