Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Floating Crane Master/Barge Master to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and be able to lead a team safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate waterways within designated limits using navigational aids.
  • Command tugboats for safe maneuvering and deploy anchoring and mooring lines.
  • Operate locating devices, including communication and signaling equipment.
  • Assess lifting feasibility and create lifting and mooring drafts.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and plans effectively.
  • Promote and uphold safe working practices in the workplace.
  • Communicate closely with project managers and onsite coordinators to ensure safe operations.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in floating crane operation or similar field. A graduate from a Marine Academy or equivalent is also required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in floating crane operation or similar field.
  • Graduate from a Marine Academy or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
  • Minimum SPM, 'N' Level qualification.
