Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of stainless steel kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.C coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of stainless steel kitchen equipment, including commercial refrigerators and freezers, ovens, ranges, and cooktops, dishwashers and sanitizing equipment, worktables, sinks, and shelving, ventilation systems and exhaust hoods.Ensure that all equipment is installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Source and evaluate potential vendors and contractors.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.Ensure that vendors and contractors meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.Track project costs and ensure accurate billing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing projects involving stainless steel fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of stainless steel materials, fabrication techniques, and welding processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Primavera P6).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
