We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing trade compliance, managing supply chain data, and providing insightful reports to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Trade Compliance: Oversee trade compliance, import/export regulations, and FTA classification across the SEA region.
- Supply Chain Data Analysis: Manage, maintain, and analyze supply chain data to generate insightful reports that support continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide management with clear, actionable reports through visual dashboards.
- Supply Chain Initiatives: Lead supply chain initiatives at ESP, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Departmental Regulations: Ensure departmental regulations, workflows, and processes are current; conduct training sessions and internal audits.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date compliance with trade and chemical regulations to achieve zero-incident performance.
- Strong Understanding of Trade Compliance: Strong understanding of trade compliance and regulatory requirements in ASEAN and Pakistan.
- Supply Chain Data Analysis: Proven experience in supply chain data analysis using BI tools.
- Collaboration: Effective collaborator across departments and functions.
- Process Improvements: Skilled in leading and facilitating process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
- Project Management: 3–5 years of project management and supply chain experience in the high-tech industry.
- Supply Chain Domains: Expertise across supply chain domains, including planning, logistics, and customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office, and BI tools.
- Educational Background: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
