Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Warehouse Operations Specialist is to oversee the smooth operation of a warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and orders are fulfilled efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records accordingly.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and manage stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, label items, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse layout, optimize storage spaces, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out)
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) to move goods safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physically fit
  • Able to interact with all levels and able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and initiative; possess positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Secondary school certificate (O/N Levels) and above
  • 2-3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems with basic computer applications
  • Valid forklift operator license is advantageous
