Audit Leader Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Audit Leader, you will spearhead various audit engagements, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. You will cultivate client relationships, guide junior staff, develop and execute audit plans, and perform tests of controls and substantive procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and develop tailored audit strategies.
  • Prepare and document planning procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective.
  • Perform in-depth audit tests of controls and substantive procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address critical assertions such as existence, completeness, rights, obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation, and disclosure.
  • Prepare actionable recommendation letters to clients to enhance control and improve business efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2+ years of relevant audit experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proactive, committed, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
