Your Role as a Digital Product Strategist

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the conceptualization and development of solutions and capabilities incorporating the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI, driving significant impact. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, data science, product, and other cross-functional teams across DBS Private and Consumer Bank.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Generative AI features and solutions, aligned with overall business goals and market trends. Conduct market research, prototyping, client, and frontline needs analysis, and identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI to enhance products and processes.
  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Develop solution requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new AI/GenAI features, prioritising based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to ensure seamless solution development and delivery, clearly communicating product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI/GenAI features, including marketing plans, launch activities, and user training materials.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI/GenAI features, collecting and acting on feedback to iterate on the solution as needed.
