Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rebar Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing detailed bar bending schedules for customers, outlining steel reinforcing bar quantities, types, lengths, dimensions, cut shapes, and bending angles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills. They should also have experience with construction projects and be familiar with relevant certifications required for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed bar bending schedules for customers
  • Determine the sequence of placing orders for cut and bend batches of steel reinforcing bars
  • Highlight major discrepancies between contract drawings and contractual requirements or initial tender drawings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant certifications necessary for this role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
