Patient Care Coordinator

H&H Manpower PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join their team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing equipment and treatment rooms, liaising between clients, therapists, and other departments, documenting client responses to treatment, and performing basic prescribed treatments as instructed.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Treatment Preparation: Prepare equipment and treatment rooms to ensure a safe and efficient treatment environment.
- Client Liaison: Establish strong relationships with clients, therapists, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Treatment Documentation: Accurately document client responses to treatment and update client files in a timely manner.
- Treatment Delivery: Perform basic prescribed treatments as instructed by therapists, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous in this role.
- Office Software Skills: Proficiency in office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express, is essential.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities are necessary to work effectively with clients, therapists, and other departments.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a caring nature are essential in providing high-quality patient care.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
