About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Biology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying specialized knowledge in pest biology, behavior, and control techniques to strengthen our services.

The role involves conducting detailed inspections to assess pest infestations and recommending control measures based on environmental analysis. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on pest issues, educating them on preventive measures, and preparing reports and treatment plans.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will design and implement environmentally responsible Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs tailored to client needs. This will involve identifying pest species, analyzing their behavior and lifecycle, and documenting findings to guide pest management strategies.

You will also be responsible for training and supporting our operations team on pest identification and control, ensuring high service standards. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our Quality Control team to monitor service quality and resolve service complaints.

  • Pest Identification and Analysis: Identify pest species, analyze their behavior and lifecycle, and document findings to guide pest management strategies.
  • Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program Development: Design and implement environmentally responsible IPM programs tailored to client needs.
  • On-Site Inspections and Environmental Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections to assess pest infestations and recommend control measures based on environmental analysis.
  • Client Consultation and Education: Provide expert advice to clients on pest issues, educate them on preventive measures, and prepare reports and treatment plans.
  • Training and Support for Operations Team: Conduct training sessions for the Operations team on pest identification and control, ensuring high service standards.
  • Quality Control and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to monitor service quality and resolve service complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Entomology or equivalent qualifications. Strong knowledge of pest species, biology, and behavior is essential for this role. Experience in developing and implementing IPM programs is also required.
