Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other nursing staff and medical professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Perform venepuncture, cannulation, and phlebotomy procedures with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing vital instructions on patient care.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of life support equipment, including feeding tubes, ventilators, and catheters.
  • Assist doctors in conducting physical assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and possessing at least 2 years of working experience in a specialty discipline, such as the Operating Theatre.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and technologies.
  • Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in General Surgery, ICU, and Surgical Ward settings.
  • Knowledge of Quality Improvement principles and practices.
  • Skills in Medication Administration, Vital Signs monitoring, and Surgical Nursing.
