Job Description:

We are searching for dedicated staff to join our team at a reputable Italian restaurant in Duxton Hill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding the standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile and serving them in accordance with SOP standards.
  • Prepare tables for service by setting up table settings, linens, and glassware.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu items and all products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by ensuring mis-en-place is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide water replenishments as necessary.
  • Set tables to be ready for the next guests, ensuring that all settings are accurate and complete.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of work areas, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
