Financial Planning and Analysis Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's general ledger and chart of accounts, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and working closely with the Accounts Executive to ensure accurate day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyse company accounts to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Benchmark company performance against industry averages and best practices.

The FP&A professional will also contribute to planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and KPI tracking. Additionally, they will prepare financial models, reports, and proposals to support management's strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is advantageous but not mandatory.

For experienced candidates: A proven track record in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. For fresh graduates: Strong academic foundation, analytical skills, and demonstrated interest in accounting and finance.
